Brinda Kuhn has over twenty-five years of experience in education, technology, and evaluation.  She currently serves as the lead evaluator on the GEAR UP South Dakota state grant and the Fairmont State Partnership grant in West Virginia. She also provides evaluation services on National Science Foundation grants awarded to Oglala Lakota College. In addition to her extensive evaluation experiences with projects serving underrepresented populations, Ms. Kuhn provides the following services to clients nationally:
